Transfer of Corporate Domicile
One of the essential criteria for international planning is flexibility. There should be an ability to modify promptly an international structure as a consequence of a change in circumstances and the Cook Islands legislation permits such flexibility through provisions which enable a company, LLC or a trust to transfer its domicile to another jurisdiction.
Alternatively, the Cook Islands legislation also provides for transfer of a company, LLC or a trust into the Cook Islands from another jurisdiction.
